Sleep-out Hide – Offered as an optional extra, this unique experience takes you to the Shindzela Hide where you will spend a night sleeping under the stars. Spend the night stargazing and game viewing as the animals come to the main dam, close to which the Hide is situated.
Walking safaris – Walking out into the wilderness of the Timbavati Nature Reserve, you will be accompanied by a trained safari guide for the duration of the 2-3 hour trail. The area is home to the Big Five as well as an abundance of other free-roaming wildlife species. The walks are a change for you to get a close-up view of the wildlife, insects, bird and plant life of the various landscapes.
Game drives – The drives take place during the early morning and evenings of each day. As the only safari operator in the private concession area, Shindzela receives unshared game viewing expeditions.
